Daily ankle care . Coming from more of a weightlifting background one thing I found when incorporating a lot more sprinting and change of direction work into my program was my ankles/feet weren’t as developed as the rest of my body. I had essentially been putting more horsepower into a car with shit tyres and suspension . I spend time daily to develop both stiffness and capacity of my ankle complex so it can keep up with the loads I put through them . 3x12 @ 140kg last night. Form fell apart a little on some reps, still need to work on bracing better and slowing the descent a bit more sometimes. The training with the T-bar is very varied due to the great freedom of movement of the swivel and the barbell and offers a wealth of different exercises. Mainly the back is trained with the T-bar, but also arms, shoulders and thighs benefit from the training.
