I feel like I haven't properly deadlifted in a while and it's showing 🤢 . I was suppose to do 3 sets of 10 with 120kgs/264lbs but only managed 2 before my respiratory system shut down 😵😵 . But that's on me, I've been so caught up in exams and I'm just thankful my last one is in 2 days and I've got 8 weeks to focus on me again 🙌

Reoccurring issue after a week off benching. However 405 felt manageable and as @forgotten.warrior says always leave some in the tank. All the tips are appreciated my friend.
