So considering yesterday was the travelling day ~ driving, flying, and coaching ~ I'm pretty happy with how the steps panned out 💕 We were going to be joining the gym and spa here, but a) it's €40 for the week (each) and b) it's a lot of money to chuck aside when we've already paid for the holiday 🤷🏻♀️ Instead, going to be trying to do this ⬆️ everyday. Day 106 - busy day as tomorrow I go back to work so spent the day cooking, hoovering & shopping for new clothes for Ethan & I. Few walks with Rocky as well although I forgot to take a photo. Normally I don’t reach 10,000 steps in a day just because I sit for an hour sometimes more in class and today by 4:15 I reached 10,000 steps! I woke up at 7 am and went to workout at 8 at school! I had the gym to myself so I loved it. . . .
