Sending birthday wishes to the hubby! Couldn't do this thing called #eventplanning without your support. Hope you have a fantastic day! This was from @dinerenblancedmonton last night. My Mom and sister, @muameagankat, joined us! It was so much fun, even in the rain! #dinerenblanc
Ever wonder what our KRPers do outside of work? - This morning we highlight two of our staff members: Adrienne & Lucas! They have made the November Project a part of their healthy lifestyle, tackling the Commonwealth stakes 2-3 times a week (M,W,F) at 6AM! At which, they do an intense 30 minute workout with like minded people - As some may know, @andrew.ference brought @novemberprojectcan six years ago and just yesterday morning he stepped down from leading the project. It was the 6th anniversary of the November Project and our KRPers were able to grab a picture with him, ...
One of these years @dinerenblancedmonton won’t be rained out 😂 Still had a blast though! A huge shout out to all my #eventprof friends working so hard yesterday for this event - it is no small feat to coordinate outdoor events with so many people in the rain!!!! And our fearless group leader Anthony was awesome! #dinerenblanc
A little (okay, a lot) of rain, some thunder, and some lightning can’t keep us down at our first Dîner en Blanc! Thank you to all of the event hosts, staff, and volunteers for a fabulous evening and for keeping us safe in this weather! • • • @dinerenblancedmonton #dinerenblanc#dinerenblancedmonton
From an exclusive invitation to extensive preparation, this globally recognized dining experience brings people together, of all shapes, sizes, decor and extravagance. • Inclusion elevates us all. #dinerenblanc#debyeg2019 @dinerenblancedmonton
Year 7: day 337: this is Cynthia. A little more than a year ago we were just friendly acquaintances, now she is one of my favourite people in Edmonton to hang out with. We support each other in our entrepreneurial journeys and have lots of fun in the process. This was at Diner en Blanc this evening a few minutes before the storm arrived and we were forced to leave the field due to lightening risk. Thanks for the adventure! #dinerenblanc#dinerenblanc2019
Thanks @andrew.ference for being the “spark” that created this amazing community! Happy retirement. Edmonton is a better place for the community that you @jen.ference @nadreamc and @robmcd13 have tirelessly and selflessly built. Happy 6th Birthday @novemberprojectcan! Ps.... glad I got to hear Bill’s assessment of the morning😂
“I even told my wife that I might have a big game this week... I don’t think I’ve ran that far since high school.” @officialedmesks Natey Adjei (@nateyadjei3) reveals which game he’s most excited for as his family expects change, and reflects on his first CFL game with over 100 receiving yards.
Jen Ference is quite possibly the most genuine person I know and she is also a friend who I admire so very much. Today, Jen along with upwards of 300 others who chose to Just Show Up at 6am for the November Project Workout, celebrated NPC’s 6th anniversary. #gratitude#novemberproject @jen.ference
November Project Canada founder and community leader, Andrew Ference. He gives his all to everything he does and it’s an honour to call him my friend. #novemberprojectcanada#novemberproject @andrew.ference
True Leadership comes from within and is a selfless act of improving life and creating opportunities for others without expectation of anything in return, but the pure joy of watching it unfold. These four special humans are perfect examples of this. #novemberproject#novemberprojectcanada @andrew.ference @nadreamc @robmcd13 @jen.ference
This morning at 6am Andrew Ference lead his final bounce as a Leader of November Project Canada. He founded the NPC Tribe 6 years ago and lead tens of thousands of people over the years who decided to Just Show Up. Andrew will certainly be a regular enough fixture at the three times a week workouts, but will do so as a Tribe member while his co Leaders, Jenn, Nadim and Rob continue with there great work. #novemberproject#novemberprojectcanada @andrew.ference @jen.ference @nadreamc @robmcd13
Sometimes the right thing to do is also the hardest thing to do. But challenge is what helps us grow, so it’s not so bad. This last week I was told by my physio that I can’t run for a week. That meant no marathon training, no half marathon, no november project. Nothing. Obviously I had the choice in the end: am I going to listen to my physio and let my body heal or am I going to listen to my eating disorder and push through. It sounds like an easy choice, just listen and get better. But ...
NOVEMBER PROJECT EDMONTON (@novemberprojectcan) turns 6 yrs old today. The occasion was marked with printed photos hung of their years together, with an all-over-print special edition Andrew shirt, a massive turnout, and a humble farewell from the man himself. Please give some serious props to @andrew.ference for making NP cool early on and view today’s media out of #yeg in our bio link now. Photos by: @nadreamc /// #yeg 🇨🇦🎂
“You’re always anxious to play. ‘Am I going to do my job?’ Then came game time, it was like, ‘Man, this is just football. I’ve been doing this since I was eight years old.’” @officialedmesks’ Jordan Hoover (@j_hoovz) on getting his first career sack, what felt different about that day, and what he needs to do to keep the same level of play.
Happy 6th birthday @novemberprojectcan! I’ve been an NP-sometimeser for 5 1/2 years now. Thanks for providing good early morning vibes to YEG, 3 times a week, no matter what the weather is like. #stairsforbreakfast#stairs @gkomo1

The first time I said it out loud, I was terrified and wanted to puke 🤢. “I commit to 💯” ...at first, this seemed like a crazy audacious goal. 100 different workouts, all 20-30 minutes, with a live DJ on set mixing it up and keeping it fresh. But then, I immediately realized that THIS is more of an experience and I’m going to GAIN so many positive things that will change the QUALITY of my LIFE!! . ⚡️higher levels of energy . ⚡️it’s gonna feel like a dance party everyday & who doesn’t like to dance!?🤷🏻♀️ . ⚡️accountability and ...
