It’s a bit dull and grey today ☁️take me back to Sherwood Forest! 🌳🦔🦡There’s something about old woodland that gives a wonderful sense of calm and peace. I wonder what things Major Oak has seen through the years! And yes, I did buy a Robin Hood cap... 🦊🐻 #forest#woodland

My daughter and I worked on a community sewing project at the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre. It was with traditional fabrics, etc., for the upcoming Robin Hood fest (which we won’t be here for). After that, we all walked into the forest and saw the Major Oak. Now we are in the car headed up to Scotland. #roadtripuk

Visit to Sherwood Forest today, love the whole Robin Hood legend so it’s certainly something off the bucket list, Think @emmarider83 took “Riding through the glen” a bit far though 😁 #sherwoodforest#robinhood
We love living at the north of our city as it means being closer to the places we love to visit. One of those being the famous Sherwood Forest, the home of Robin Hood. We love exposing the children to nature and to be able to visit a forest full with history ...
