#repost @the_essentialist_ (@get_repost) ・・・ Twirling my way into the cherry blossoms in my stunning and unique dress by @flausinas_ ! With spring in full bloom this dress stands out because of its two prints. There are two halves to the dress and each one has a fun print that allows you to create different looks for every spring flower you may come across🌸 . . This dress was a complete show stopper and I can’t wait to collect more prints and create a one of a kind look! I’m going to add their website to my bio for you ...
We love working with @brooklynbotanic for their annual Spring Gala which was this past week. Here are some before and after photos of our installation, in which no floral foam was used. Swipe for more 👉🏿 #nofloralfoam#fleursbella
Thanks, Mom, for making me understand emotional and mental labor before those were terms anyone used. Even though I didn't react well when you took our family through a revolution in the 70s, and even though I was always kind of lazy when it was my night to cook dinner (although I will stand by my meatloaf and my chicken breasts broiled with mustard & chutney), I appreciate all the things you did to raise me as a feminist, starting with deconstructing the fairy tales as you read them to me.

Não se pode dizer para a primavera? 'tomara que chegue logo e dure bastante'. Pode-se apenas dizer: 'venha, me abençoe com sua esperança, e fique o máximo de tempo que puder'. (Paulo Coelho) #primavera#flores
Three hundred Japanese peonies (Paeonia suffruticosa) were gifted to @brooklynbotanic Gardens in 2002 by the Japanese town of Yatsuka-Cho in Shimane Prefecture “to bring peace of mind to people in the United States” after the events of September 11, 2001. They only bloom for a very short time in late April to early May. I’ve been down with the flu all week and went to the garden for some fresh air. I’m so grateful I did as I got to be graced by the healing essence of these beauties! Feeling better already! #bbg#flowers ...
‘Can you paint with all the colors of the wind...’ ... now that the petals are falling, my favorite thing to do is hang out under the trees and wait for the breeze to blow... and paint happy thoughts as the wind whispers miracles all around... Happy, Wednesday 🌸 . . 🛍Shop the look @liketoknow.it link in my bio . #pocahontas#pinktree
I loved this experience and even more when it is interpreted by an artist @elaprez I enjoyed capturing those moments with the lens📸Kyonshi Imoto is the character that @vomiting.ideas is cosplaying from the game app Onmyoji. She is a character from Japanese folklore. Her name means “Kyonshi Sister” and she is the spirit of a girl that is very close to her two other brothers who are also spirits. You could call Kyonshi Imoto a Japanese Zombie! She is very sweet and crazily loves her brothers. #edvasquezart#brooklynbotanicalgarden
